QQ Grab is an online platform developed by QQ Fun Venture Sdn Bhd (“QQ Fun”). By using the platform, the Users hereby agree and accept all terms and conditions contained herein.

▪ Users who use QQ Grab Service agree to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information by QQ Fun. The Personal Information collected will be used to improve the Service and will not be shared with anyone except as described herein.

▪ For a better experience, users may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information. This information will be retained by QQ Fun and be used as described herein.

▪ QQ Grab app does use third-party services that may collect Personal Information from users, kindly refer to the links below for the privacy policy of these third-party service providers.

▪ Users understand that whenever they use QQ Grab Service, data and information will be collected (through third-party products) on their phone in a case of an error in the app. This Log Data may include information such as the device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising the Service, the time and date of the usage and other statistics.

▪ QQ Fun may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons: (a) To facilitate the Service; (b) To provide the Service on behalf; (c) To perform Service-related services; or (d) To assist in analysing how the Service is being used. Users understand that these third-party service providers have the access to users’ Personal Information in order to perform the tasks assigned on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the Personal Information for any other purpose.

▪ Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These cookies are sent to users’ browser from the websites that they visit and are stored on their devices’ internal memory. QQ Grab or the third-party services employed may use these cookies to collect information and improve the Service provided. Users have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies, and they will be informed when a cookie is being sent to their devices. If users choose to refuse the cookies, they may not be able to use some parts of the Service.

▪ QQ Grab Service may contain links to other sites. If users click on a third-party link, they will be directed to that certain site. Please take note that these external sites are not operated by QQ Fun and therefore, users are strongly advised to review the privacy policy of these sites. QQ Fun has no control over these sites and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

▪ Users hereby assign QQ Fun any rights they may have in any content (including information or media) they may have submitted when using the Service, including but not limited to image, likeness, the sound of voice, as well as any underlying subject matter (all collectively referred as "Materials") recorded in any format, without payment or any other consideration. Users understand and agree that these Materials may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed by QQ Fun for any purpose, including but not limited to the following: presentations, videos and all commercial and promotional activities relating to QQ Fun products and services. There is no geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

▪ Users understand that QQ Fun will not receive financial or in-kind compensation from a third party directly in exchange for the use or disclosure of the Personal Information authorised by the user.

▪ Subject to the payment of any required shipping and handling fees, QQ Fun will ship out the prizes to the address as specified by the user within 3 to 5 working days, within the region(s) as specified. QQ Fun holds no further responsibility for the prize upon delivery and any damage incurred during the shipping process will be limited to a claim against the shipping service. No shipping insurance will be provided. Users are also responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply in respective countries.

▪ Any amount paid for the service or virtual currency or virtual goods are non-refundable, except to as stated in the herein terms. If it is determined that the virtual currency or virtual goods have not been properly credited, or have been lost due to system error, QQ Fun will credit the Coins or other virtual currency or virtual goods to the user’s account in the system. No refund will be provided.

▪ QQ Fun reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy from time to time, and thus, users are advised to review the Privacy Policy page periodically for any changes. Any changes made will be notified to users and these changes are effective immediately once they are posted on the page.

▪ Users hereby warrant that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have every right to contract in their own name for the above regard.

Prizes

▪ QQ Grab is not a seller of the prizes and shall not be liable with respect to any of the prizes. QQ Grab makes no representation or warranty for any prizes that users may win except for the arrangement of shipment through courier. Prior to shipping, QQ Grab will make the best effort to filter the prizes by physical inspection to prevent any defective or damaged items.

▪ Only 1 prize can be won per attempt on any machine, therefore in certain cases where users managed to win 2 or more Prizes in one attempt, QQ Grab will only honour 1 prize.

▪ The validity of prizes clawed is 30 days; prizes that are not claimed within this time frame will be forfeited.

▪ The sizes of toys stated in the app are as follows: Small = 3-5 inches, Medium = 7-10 inches, Large = 12-15 inches.

Shipping & Delivery

▪ We only provide delivery within Malaysia at the moment. We’re still working on enabling international shipping but this may take some time. Please look forward to it and stay tuned.

▪ Shipment of 1 to 2 toys will cost 80 coins, while shipment of 3 to 5 toys is eligible for free shipping. If the number of toys exceeds 5, it will be required to split into different shipments.

▪ Users are required to have a deposit history of min. RM 19.90 in the past 2 weeks for every ONE (1) shipment request submitted, failing which, the shipment request will not be processed by QQ Grab admin.

- If users merely play with free check-in coins and have not performed any reload, please note that the shipment request will not be processed (even with the payment of 80 coins).

- Each reload of RM 19.90 is entitled for only ONE (1) free shipment request of 3 toys.

- Example: If there is a total of 6 toys pending for shipment but you have only performed reload of RM 19.90 before, we will only ship out 3 out of the 6 toys.

▪ Upon successful payment of shipping fees from the users, QQ Fun will ship out the product(s) respectively within 1 to 4 working days, within the region(s) as specified.

Return Policy

▪ In the case if the product(s) received is damaged, defective or faulty, users can initiate a request to our customer service [email protected] for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

▪For users in the QQGrab, the legal basis for collection of this information is to provide you with the Services. Please note that some non-personal information would be considered a part of your personal information if it were combined with other information in a way that enables you to be identified, but the same information is considered non-personal information when taken alone or combined only with other non-personal information.

B. Non-Personal Information

▪Non-personal information, alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you. QQGrab collects non-personal information about your use of the Service and includes aggregated information regarding usage of the Service. The non-personal information collected may include information related to your mobile device or computer system, including mobile device type, IP address, unique mobile device ID or other device identifiers, Media Access Control (MAC) address. It may also include time spent, feature usage, game play statistics, scores and achievements, user rankings, time spent playing our games, and other statistics. QQGrab also collects login information, user ID and other information that you may use to access the Service.

▪Subject to applicable law, non-personal information may be used and shared by QQGrab in its discretion, and is not restricted by this Privacy Policy.

II.HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Generally, we use your information to provide you with an efficient and customized experience. For example, we may use your information in the following ways:

▪To send “push” notifications to your mobile device regarding the Service (for example, suggesting that you open the Service to take certain actions);

▪To allow us to enable you to reset your password if you have forgotten it;

▪To prevent fraud and potentially illegal activities and enforce our Terms of Service; and to help us to develop, deliver and improve the Service.

If you or the relevant Data Controller are located in the QQGrab, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to such processing. If we send e-mail or SMS messages to you for the purpose of promoting QQGrab products or services, or those of a third-party partner, we will generally provide you with choices about receiving further such promotional messages. Preferences for “push” notifications may in most cases be adjusted through Service or your mobile device.

* By registering you allow QQGrab to access information from your profile.

▪You will also be required to create a username for use in Service. That user name may be visible to other players. If you do not wish for other players to know your real name, do not include your real name in your user name.

▪Your full name (as provided to the QQGrab), physical location, and telephone number: when you fill out a form to receive a gift from QQGrab;

* We will only store your information as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information is collected and processed or, where applicable law provides for longer storage and retention periods, for the storage and retention period required by law. After that your personal information will be safely and securely disposed of.

VII.HOW YOU MAY CHANGE, REMOVE OR EXPORT YOUR INFORMATION

▪You may email us ([email protected]) to request that we delete your personal information from our database. In that case, please place “delete my account” in the subject line and include your first and last name and email address in the body of the message. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for business administrative purposes.

▪ If you want to delete your data for QQ Grab app, you can remove your information by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account`s Seting & Privacy. Click "Settings"

2. Look for "QQ Grab" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook

3. Search and Click "QQ Grab" in the search bar

4. Scroll ad click "Remove"

5. "Congratulations , you have successfully removed your app activities."
